We had a tricky task of putting in a bathroom where a closet used to be but Matt was open and honest with us, made sure it was possible before beginning the job, and really worked with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Matt was regularly communicating with us so we knew what was going to happen every step of the way. He was punctual and reliable, always following through with what he said was going to happen.
